I absolutely love making frozen foods in my air fryer. I'm constantly trying new frozen items in there, so it's no surprise I had to try Totino's Pizza Rolls in the air fryer.

I'm a stay-at-home-mom of 2 and while I love cooking, sometimes getting lunch on the table for a 3-year-old and 7-month-old can take some time. By the time they're done eating, I need something fast.

The best part about this frozen pizza rolls recipe is you need no oil. The air fryer crisps up the outside without making drying it out.

This time that something fast was cooking frozen pizza rolls in the air fryer. They came out so crispy and delicious that I will never make these in the oven again.

Making these Totino's Pizza Rolls will work in just about any air fryer, including the Power Air Fryer Oven. I personally cooked them in the Cosori Air Fryer, which is 1700 watts.

How to Make Totino's Pizza Rolls in an Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees. While this isn't completely necessary, I find it helps cook the food faster and more evenly.

I typically turn the air fryer on, then grab my Totino's Pizza Rolls, open the bag, and start cooking them. That way it doesn't take any more time and it's already heating up.

Place pizza rolls inside the air fryer in an even layer. You can stack them slightly, but they may need an extra minute or so to cook.

Cook the frozen pizza rolls at 380 degrees for 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.

Let them sit for at least 2 minutes prior to eating to avoid scorching your mouth. Trust me, I've gotten impatient and did it and will never try it again.

How Long Do You Put Pizza Rolls in the Air Fryer?

The frozen pizza rolls only need 6 minutes to cook in the air fryer when placed in an even single layer.

If you cook more than half the bag, you will need to let them cook for additional 3-4 minutes.

Should I Use Oil to Cook Air Fryer Pizza Rolls?

This recipe comes out crispy and yummy without the use of any oil.

If your air fryer basket tends to stick, you can do a quick spray of oil with an EVO oil mister to make sure it doesn't stick. Never use PAM or any oil with soy lecithin in your air fryer as it can completely ruin it.
