How to Make Origami Ocean Animals
We've covered origami fish as well as crabs before and in this post we're going to be taking a look at all kinds of different sea creatures and animals found in the water.
There's a lot of cool stuff here starting with these awesome eels. This is one of the coolest looking designs I've seen. I especially like how it looks when you use orange and white coloured paper like you see here. Not only do you get those awesome stripes but you get the eyes too.

Satoshi Kamiya probably designed the coolest looking paper octopus I've seen. The entire thing with all the legs is folded from a single sheet of paper.

Here we have one of the best looking seahorses I've seen.

This mantis shrimp is one of the most impressive models out there. The entire thing is folded from one single sheet of paper and there are 104 steps! It took Shuki Kato over 15 hours to fold this.

This shrimp is another one of the most complex and mind blowing models that I've ever seen. The whole thing is folded from one sheet of paper!

These manta rays aren't super complex but they look really great regardless. I really like how the curves on the wings make them look like they're swimming.

This is probably my favourite shark design. The individual teeth are really awesome and so is the colour change that makes the belly of the shark white.

This is probably the cutest little octopus design out there.

Here's a very unique looking octopus that's folded from one rectangle of paper. It was created as part of a challenge to create an octopus that doesn't use the standard frog base. It's pretty easy to get eight legs out of that base.
